After a week of collecting data at the Natural History Museum I was ready for a change of pace, so I took the Tube to Trafalgar Square to visit a couple art museums. After seeing Nelson's column, I walked down to Parliament Square to see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Parliament. Since I was on foot I didn't have any Chevy Chase moments (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFsDjmceuDo). I walked back to Trafalgar Square and visited the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery, both of which were fantastic. Each museum had its share of amazing paintings.
